Boob Exam Scam is a really cool reality site with a pretty unique gimmick. The premise here is that unsuspecting young chicks are coming into a doctor's office for a checkup or for some other minor (and usually silly) ailment. What the babes don't know is that the doctor here is really just trying to scam them into getting naked and servicing his dick. Scenes usually start out with the doc's "nurse" disrobing the girl and examining her body, paying special attention to her boobs (all of the girls here have great tits). Then the good doctor enters and does some examining of his own using his tongue on the chick's pussy and nipples. Then it's time to check the babe's gag reflex (you see where this is going...) and it doesn't take long before the girl is slobbing the doc's knob, getting fucked in multiple positions, and finally taking a load to the face. As with the other Pink Visual Pass sites, the scenes here are very well-done and they spend a lot of time in the beginning of each episode setting the scenario up. The dialogue is pretty funny as the doctor explains to the "patient" the need for the camera (for insurance purposes, of course!) and convinces the girl that it's accepted medical practice to take her temperature by sticking a finger in her hot pussy. Great stuff. It looks like some of the earlier scenes featured two doctors so in those episodes there's plenty of DP action as the guys "examine" both of the chick's tight holes at the same time.
Navigation here is a breeze. You'll find all of the available episodes listed over a series of pages, each with a preview pic of the girl involved. Clicking her pic takes you to that scene's main page and links to view the pics and vids. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like they're updating the site anymore...the last time they added a new episode was back in 2008. Anyhow, each of the 68 scenes here comes with both photo and video content. The pics are good quality 600 x 800 snaps that are viewable in gallery format or downloadable as a zip file. The vids are split into multiple clips and have quite a few options. They provide WMV files in both large (640 x 480) and small (320 x 240) sizes as well as a 320 x 240 Quicktime file. All formats are available in 56K, DSL, and Broadband versions. The high-end vids look good, clear and well-lit with very little pixelation. Unfortunately, the vids all stream embedded in an html window and there's no link to save them to your hard drive. As far as extras go, since Boob Exam Scam is a part of the Pink Visual Pass network, your membership here also gives you access to the other 34 sites in the network as well as a number of bonus video feeds and pic galleries. They've also lowered their monthly fee from a pretty pricey $39.95/month to a much more reasonable $29.95/month. Sweet. It's a shame the site's not being updated any longer (and as a result, this site lacks the download options and HD vids they've recently added to the other sites--check out my other Pink Visual Pass reviews for details), but the episodes are extremely well-done and if you're into the whole doctor/patient sex type thang, Boob Exam Scam's a winner for sure.
