Either format provides both dial-up and broadband versions to choose from. The videos look just fine. The high quality clips are 320 x 240 at around 500Kbps. They're clear and well-lit and you can even full-screen them if you don't mind a bit of pixelation. Really, the only downside to the videos is that the longer WMV clips make use of DRM protection so you'll have to remain a member of the site to continue to have unrestricted viewing of them. The MPG's don't use DRM, but there are quite a few of them if you're looking to grab the entire scene.
