Shady PI is another cool reality site from the guys at the Porn Pros network and it's got a pretty unique gimmick. The site chronicles the adventures of the Shady PI, a guy who suspected his wife was cheating on him so he installed spycams in his bedroom. Once he caught her two-timing him (he actually includes the footage on the site), he walked out on her and decided to become a private investigator so he could catch other cheating whores in the act. The site does a good job keeping this gimmick going throughout the scene...a lot of the footage here reminds me of that TV show Cheaters, if you've ever seen that. Anyhow, each episode starts out with the Shady PI cruising around in his car (his face is usually blurred out to protect his identity), telling us about the latest case he's working on. The storylines vary somewhat from scene to scene but the bottom line is, the chick he's currently tailing is suspected of cheating on her man.
The Shady PI tracks the two-timing whore down and inconspicuously films her meeting up with her new lover at a restaurant, bar or hotel. This part of the scene looks like real surveillance footage...it's shot from a distance out of the back of the Shady PI's vehicle. The cheating couple is followed to another location (usually a hotel or someone's house) and we switch over to the spycam footage (apparently the Shady PI has planted a couple of cams in the room before the couple enters...he's tricky like that ). Once the guy and gal are behind closed doors, it doesn't take long for them to start getting naughty with each other. They make out for a bit and follow that up with some dick sucking and pussy eating. From there, it's pussy fucking in multiple positions until the dude blows a load all over the chicks ass, tits, or tummy. The couple leaves, unaware they've been busted by the Shady PI and his hidden sexcams.
From a design perspective, the setup here is identical to the other Porn Pros sites I've checked out recently. Logging in initially takes you to the main network page where you'll find a listing of the most recent updates to the network, a category and keyword search, and the network's model index and update calendar (checking this out, it looks like Shady PI updates twice a month). Using the pull-down menu at the top to select the Shady PI members area will take you where we want to go for this review. Once there, you'll see a pretty typical reality site design...latest updates are at the top with the archived scenes down below. Right now the archive's relatively small with only 24 scenes currently available.
Each episode comes with a video, a vidcap gallery, and a hi-res photoset. Videos are the main focus here so let's start with those. They offer the vids in Flash format for streaming and WMV and MPG formats for downloading. They split the full scene into several smaller clips and also offer a full-length version (this is in WMV and MPG format). In case you're on a slow connection, they also offer the scene split into many 1-minute long clips...these are offered in WMV format in both low and high quality. Specs-wise, the vids weigh in at 452 x 300 at 2100K. Because of the spycam gimmick though, the clips don't look nearly as nice as the other Porn Pros sites I've checked out. On one hand, this is great for people who love the whole reality storyline...after all, it wouldn't make sense for the Shady PI's hidden spycams to produce professional quality scenes. On the other hand, the quality does suffer as the vids here do, in many cases, look like actual spycam footage (low light levels, graininess, etc.). As far as photo content, both the hi-res and vidcap galleries are available in gallery format or you can download the entire thing as a zip file. The hi-res pics weigh in at 600 x 800 and are good quality...in keeping with the storyline, they only consist of the surveillance shots taken at the beginning of each episode (i.e. no hardcore stuff).
